FastStats users are able to prepare customer segmentation and data modelling in FastStats and upload targeted data directly into their chosen digital platform. From there they can send highly targeted email and SMS broadcasts, carry out multi-channel campaigns, deliver mobile content, promotions, competitions, surveys and loyalty programmes, and receive response results in real time. We have created a wizard within FastStats to allow numerous data variables to be uploaded directly into the users chosen platform in a few simple steps, allowing them to provide all the data for complete segmentation and personalisation control.

Users of our FastStats campaign management module - Cascade, now have an option to upload data to their chosen platform as an alternative or in addition to exporting postal address data for their mailing house, allowing multi channel campaigns to be coordinated easily. Results of campaigns can be added back into the database, allowing users to monitor customer behaviour and improve the success of future marketing communications.

Email broadcasting

FastStats integrates with a number of digital platforms.

Your FastStats Administrator will have to configure your system with your chosen email broadcaster.

Depending upon which email broadcaster you have chosen will determine how you select the data you wish to upload. This maybe defined by the User or predefined with the email broadcaster. In both cases a Wizard is available to take you through the steps to upload the records.

FTP uploads

If you are using a digital service provider that FastStats does not explicitly integrate with you can use the generic FTP upload facility within FastStats instead. This functionality means that FastStats can provide quick and simple data transfers to many more digital marketing providers, not to mention any other traditional direct marketing suppliers, such as mailing houses and printers that you may have.

To transfer a file using the FTP upload facility:

  1. Highlight the saved file you want to upload in the File Explorer.

  2. Click on the Add FTP Directory.

  3. In the Add FTP Connection window enter the URL server address you are connecting to.

  4. If you need to enter a Username, Password or Private Key to connect, tick the Provide User Credentials and enter your details in the appropriate boxes.

  5. Click the OK button to start the upload.

You will see your connection to the host server in the File Explorer. This will be under My Computer if you are connecting via your own computer or under My Discoverer Folders if you are connecting via the FastStats server computer.
